Very frustrated by this situation as I have paid my bill months ago with no sign of my items. I have not been able to get them to respond to me. I contacted LiveAuctioneers about this problem and they can't get a response either. I am going to attempt to get help from my credit card but it looks like I got scammed.

I purchase several items from this auction, have never received them and no response from the seller.. Luckily I paid with my American Express card and I was able to open a dispute..

I won an item, received email to pay. Paid for item, credit card billed. Received email form company stating issue with their point of sale system, expect refund and alternate payment method. Contacted seller multiple times after date of refund passed — they did not respond. Contacted LiveAuctioneers customer service, who also reached out to seller — no response. LiveAuctioneers contacted me to file dispute with my credit card company and this seller is banned until they respond.
