We understand that our esteemed clientele awaits their chosen pieces at the earliest possible opportunity, and the wait seems interminable, however, the shippers are just a recommendation, and you are welcome to choose your own if you believe it could expedite matters. As duly and clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions as well as on your invoice and Live Auctioneers platform, our House does NOT provide in-house shipping at all. As pertains to the price of our pieces, we understand that there are a range of prices for every item we list and it is your prerogative to bid after due consideration of their presented value, and proper research on other sites. We present the highest quality, authenticated pieces at the consignor's price. It is your decision to go forward with it or decline. During our due diligence for a proper response on this specific matter of price, we would like to bring your attention to the fact that we had initially listed this item at $600 and you decided to compete with other bidders to finalize your win at $800. As a matter of fact, in the past week and after the receipt of this Lithograph, you have presented several offers on some other pieces in our auction, which were unfortunately declined by the consignors. With all due respect, I do sincerely apologize for this unhappy experience and hope to have the opportunity to erase it in the future. We always look forward to your presence in our auctions.
