This is the second or third purchase I have made from Magnusson and I always have a great experience with them. I always look forward to their auctions.

The most important thing about on-line auctions is they must have good pictures and good descriptions. You are at the mercy of the Auctioneer. I've bought from Magnesson group on several occasions and haven't had an issue

spot on.

Magnusson is an excellent auction house. They are honest and ethical, and super responsive and patient answering questions. First class in every respect

Initially when I received the invoice from Liveauctioneer, the shipping cost was just over $100 for a 7 inch tall jar; I waited until the next day to contact Magnusson but first received an email from them about this issue and that people were not happy with cost of shipping from Liveauctioneer; Magnusson offered several shipping options and I contacted one of them (UPS) and was told it would be about $60 and to wait until they got enough items from the auction house before they would bill me; while waiting I got a text that the item was already being shipped and then received an invoice from Magnusson that they shipped it (not UPS) for a cost of $30 which I paid-they shipped it before I even paid for shipment. My issue is with Liveauctioneer trying to rip me off with their initial invoice charge of over $100 for shipment!

Excellent transaction-they handled it with kid gloves, responsive with excellent attention to detail inspiring confidence from start to finish. Setting a very high bar and that means everything.
