I’m always a little nervous bidding at small auction houses especially outside the United States. I purchased a small item at this auction house and I wasn’t sure what to expect. They did not except credit cards and I knew that but it was very easy to transfer the funds from my bank with the information they gave me. They don’t offer in-house shipping but Ilaria Is an amazing person that connected me with a shipper. Their shipper, to be honest, was not as responsive as I would’ve liked but they did get the item to me at a reasonable price, and a reasonable time. Anytime I needed information, I emailed Ilaria and she was incredibly prompt in every reply. It’s only because of her that I’d give this auction house a five star review. As long as she was there I would definitely buy from them again.
