Their bank account name is personal name which is totally different of company name, I don't know who i was going to pay and I don't trust them, I don't feel confident to complete this deal.

I purchased an expensive Gandhara statue. It was shipped in a custom box with a single layer of bubble wrap. Item arrived shattered. Contacted auction house but they refused to accept and responsibility. They said that I needed to contact shippers. However, after repeated inquiries, shippers told me that the auction house needed to submit the claim as it was an international shipment. First of all, they did not insure the piece for its value. Second, they refused to pay for the $1000 repair fee. After repeated emails saying they lacked the item well, which they did not, they stopped returning my emails. Additionally, they stopped returning emails from LiveAuctioneers staff. Avoid at all cost. I have bought $75, 000 worth of items on this site and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Beware that any ancient goods sold by this auction house are unauthenticated and fake products. I tried contacted the auction house for returning more than half a month and failed to receive any solution. It's very disappointing. Never trust the age information described in the product.
