i bought three items in this auction. unfortunately, when the auction closed the consignor of the lachappelle photograph decided to pull their items. u. r. d. e. contacted me immediately with very reasonable options, one of which was to pick a new piece from the auction that had just passed. after review, i selected a print, and they were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. my replacement print is on the way and I'm very happy. also, my other two items, the kaws & the warhol both arrived in pristine condition. great auction house, i will definitely will be bidding again.

My package did not arrive at first, but I contacted U. R. D. E. and they got it out Immediately. There was a problem with FedEx so it was not their doing. Great company to work with!
