I purchased two things in icz auction, the first purchase was invoice **********, a total of 24 lots with a total price of 22106.25 US dollars, in invoice **********, all the high-value lots were not shipped, I only received some low-value lots, they The lots that have not been delivered to me are: 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 138. The total value of the missing lots is 16, 781.25 US dollars. These undelivered lots are all guitars. The second purchase is invoice **********. There are a total of 5 lots, four guitars and a signed photo. I have not received all the lots in invoice **********. The total value is 14192 US dollars. When I reported this matter to icz auciton, they said they would re-ship. But every time I asked them for the shipping order number, they said that they had shipped the goods and would send me the shipping order number soon. After a long wait, they never sent me the shipping order number, and said that I had already shipped the item. I received the sign. The ridiculous thing is that they said they had shipped it to me a long time ago, but he himself said that he would re-ship it to me on December 5th. Isn't it contradictory? Is it shipped yet? Send me the previous order number every time. Can a small package hold 10 guitars? Their outrageous behavior is infuriating, their phone is always disconnected, I suspect the address is not correct, and I have seen the same victims as me in other reviews, I hope live auctioneers will deal with this matter

I won this item for $30. It was a single 8x10 photo and shipping was $50 from Colorado to MD. Not sure why it was that much.

Good collection of books, I was able to grab a few that I have been looking for. The auction said they were going to be bagged and boarded, however the books I received were loose. Shipping was expensive, $40 for a few comic books, and like someone else said it came from overseas. Just a heads up for others looking to grab some hard to find comics.

E THIEVESThey sent me fakes instead of authentic autographed items and I spent almost 5k with them, I These guys make payment extremely hard, customer service is trash, they lie about where they their items from as it is all from China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIVES!
