BEST SHIPPING EVER
In house shipping was very fast. Items were packed very well. No crazy markups for shipping unlike so many other auction houses. Excellent experience. My new favorite seller. Very well done.

Great experience: just bid, pay and I was away.
Palmer's not only did some lovely lot-curation, but also made the whole experience simple and easy for me. I bid on and won a few lots, they combined shipping for me, and everything arrived in beautiful condition almost exactly 14 days later. Couldn't ask for more to be honest! Thanks!

Excellent in house shipping!
Unlike so many other auction houses, this one actually delivers affordable, fast and very well packed shipping of items. Finally I can bid without worrying how I'm going to get stiffed with unreasonable shipping cost. Thank you. and the cozy is a nice touch. I got hammered at Palmers!!

Very reasonable terms, friendly attitude make a great experience
Accurate description with enough pictures made it easy to evaluate items as a bidder. The buyer's premium is on the low side while the service and attitude are on the high side-a first rate outfit. Shipping was reasonable, fast, painless, well-done. I could not be happier and if I ever need an auctioneer I know who to call.

Thank you for the 4 star review, we hope you were satisfied with the pricing of our shipping as we don’t price gouge. I don’t believe anything was damaged upon arrival, but please contact us if anything was, as we are easy to get along with regarding this. We are going to have our own delivery beginning next year to avoid UPS and USPS being so rough on packages, especially during the holiday seasons with holiday help. Please feel free to ask about this in the future! Thanks again!

I bid frequently at multiple auctions and the final part (S & H) is the most frustrating as so many houses leave it to third party. Palmer House was great in this area and their response time to my inquiries amazing. I will definitely come to their next auction.

Exceptional items-great service-quality people
My buying experience with Palmer’s Auction was very positive. Condition reports were promptly provided, and the items were just as described. Shipping was also seamless, items extremely well packed, and the cost most fair. I am very impressed with this company, and look forward to doing business with them again. Interesting process
Bid on this item and watched live. I was informed the piece didn’t meet the reserve. Next thing I know my CC on file has been billed and I would be billed for shipping item by end of week. A week later it still wasn’t shipped. Sent an inquiry and was answered promptly. Item was packed ok but box was taped with electrical tape and open when I received it. Lucky item was in one piece. Overall the process wasn’t bad or good.

Dear Tobin, We are sorry this wasn't a good nor bad experience for you. Communication is key with the Auction House if you have any questions prior, during or after any auction. Our January 29th Auction did not have any reserves for any lots. LiveAuctioneers will automatically bill you after 3 days if the invoice is not paid, which is outlined in the Invoice that was send following the Auction. I apologize for the delay with the shipping. We charge actual shipping plus our $15 supply and handling fee, therefore each item must be packed to it's fullest to arrive safely. Any black tape is Gorilla Tape, which helped aid the items travels to you safely. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reach out. And once again, thank you for bidding with us!
