About Us The Toy Auctioneer estimates that its team members have sold more than 150,000 toys with an aggregate value of £6 million setting a number of records on the way. Managed by Daniel and Martin the team is very versatile and can sell toys over the full spectrum and of any value. The Team Daniel Agnew has 18 years of experience in the collectable toy sector at Christie’s. Daniel has been collecting soft toys and teddy bears since childhood. Part of his collection can be seen in Brighton’s Toy and Model Museum where it is on permanent loan. Martin personally had amassed the biggest Dan Dare collection, of which many items are featuring in Blast Off. Martin can still be found every week-end at some toy fair up and down the country. He is fond of cartoons, sci-fi and the 70’s and 80’s film and TV shows. He was an avid collector of die cast, robots and action figures when he was a child. Though all of his collection are gone, the great memories of his toys remain alive in his heart. His mission is to recollect and find his “lost” toys including music (CDs, records and tapes) - this time to keep and preserve them. Expertise: Diecast, cartoon-related toys, Star Wars and action figures. Andrew Somerville studies computer animation and has always been interested in Sci-fi, tv and film related toys. Expertise: Film related and modern SciFi toys. Denisa Starchonova is new to toys but expanding her knowledge very fast. Her particular interests are Action Man and toy aircraft.
