Yes, Please BEWARE OF ULTA PULTA. Not to be trusted.

Had the worst experience when I “won” bidding 2k for a ring that was supposedly estimate valued at 12k-15k. This company probably uses their own appraiser which marks the value 10x of its actual worth. Upon receiving the item I won in auction, I immediately went to get it appraised by a GIA appraiser in NYC Diamond district. The actual worth of the diamonds + platinum was roughly 3k. Once I found out, I requested a refund. These people don’t ever look at their messages or answer their calls. Took me about a month and half for them to respond after threatening them with legal actions, to finally get my money back minus their “fees”. Save your time and your money and pick another auction, you will not be satisfied with Ultapulta

They are very good folks to work with. I had an issue with the ring I won, and they took immediate action even though they disagreed performing as professionals and made things right for all great group of people. Thank you all Thank you
