This is the second time I purchased from Sunrise and just like the first time, everything was as advertised. The quality was as expected and the shipping was as expected. I will keep an eye on their future auctions and would not hesitate to bid with them in the future.

I do not blame them for issues getting items to me. I know the reasons why. Irritating yes. If I break even on items I buy again. They did nothing wrong. 😑 Shipment delay occurred due other issues I was aware of at time. Keep customer aware and they do not leave negative reviews.

My order was accurate and complete. The gems looked better than I expected. All information posted by Sunrise about the stones was accurate and truthful, including size and clarity. Photos were also reliable. I contacted Sunrise once with a question and had a response in less than 24 hours.
