We ordered a painting from the auction house, promptly paid, no painting was ever delivered. We reached out to the auction house via the contact on the sale site, we received no response. We contacted the auction house for assistance, and they said it wasn't their problem and pretty much said "too bad". Very, very unhappy with this entire process. I will not be using this auction site again, as they have clearly established that they do not vet sellers to see if they are scams, and, when something happens, are not willing to offer assistance to get it resolved. They claim they have blocked Arqueo Arts from selling on their site, but this I even question. Save your money and buy direct from an art gallery you walk into.
