The seller fulfilled the order on time

I won multiple pieces of fine jewelry and transferred $12, 675 to Kingsoft Auction in my first online bidding experience. And I should have known better. When I received sketchy wire instructions from China, I asked that I be sent additional photos of my items before I sent the money. Kingsoft complied and the photos made the items and sale appear legitimate and so I was eventually able to transfer the money over after going back and forth with them about wire instructions. However, I found out later that all of the photos and descriptions were pulled from sellers online selling the exact pieces of jewelry. I saw a review on here and it made me curious, and sure enough, to my horror I saw every one of my items listed online in other places and the additional photos I had requested were identical to the ones from the other websites. To date, despite my repeated requests, I have not received tracking info for my items. Kingsoft continues to assure me that they are waiting on the vendors shipping the jewelry out to send the tracking info over. I’ve also requested to be provided with proof they actually have the items in their possession to no avail. I need my $12, 675 back and I doubt that will happen because I believe this auction house is actually a huge scam. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. They want people to transfer money and have no intention of ever sending the items. I’m sick and disgusted that people would do this and take a large sum of money from me and likely others. Do not buy anything from here — it more than likely won’t show up.

Repost: I won some items in their first auction 10/7/23. I had trouble with their international money wiring instructions, as did my bank. At this point I have not yet been successful in wiring them money using their directions and account numbers. My bank was suspicious of this. I had been in contact with Kingsoft, they were quick to continue sending me various wiring instructions & various account numbers-but none have worked. However, this gave me time to research their listings. Most of their photos/descriptions are parts of various Ebay, Etsy, etc. I contacted 1 Ebay vendor about Kingsoft's items. The Ebay vendor-who has a brick & mortar, online store and good/long history on Ebay confirmed with me that they do not sell through Kingsoft (& their items are unique, estate pieces). This prompted me to look up other pieces, MANY which were being sold on other websites (with much longer descriptions & showing certificates & more pics). I have asked KIngsoft to send me additional pictures of my items to prove they are in possession of the items, before I will try again to pay. PLEASE do your due diligence before sending a wire. Search the pictures and contact the other poster of the item, to see if it is in their possession or if there are readily available duplicates-some of these items are very unique and would not be in mass production. If I receive my items, I will take down/correct this review. In the meantime, I am waiting to see if Kingsoft really does have my items before I try again to send a wire transfer that is not refundable. I constantly email Kingsoft, they respond "everything is fine" and I will "get my items." I continued trying to work with them, but insisted on additional/current pictures/proof that they have my items in their possession-they say they can't because the vendor is sending direct. Kingsoft said if I took down my other review, they would send my items right away, but now refuse to give me tracking #, so I am reposting w/this update.
