Fraud (misrepresentation)

Goods arrived late and every one was misrepresented. Goods were non-conforming, not as described: counterfeit, not actual gemstones, not precious metal, not as pictured (damaged, missing pieces). Items were shipped from CA, not held for inspection or pick-up in NM. Contact with other buyers confirms similar/worse experiences. Online x-state criminal activity of seller will be reported to proper authorities.
