They are easy to work with their packaging was beyond amazing and super professional. Their delivery of this package was not only on time but ahead of time, sent to me professionally and quickly. Everything was identical to what I was looking for and what I wanted. This is the first time I have bought from this Auction house and was a little apprehensive because they are in Japan and I am in USA but everything went extremely well. Payment was easy and I was very surprised how quickly the item arrived-just a few days. The item I bought was small and fragile so I was worried it might arrive damaged but the packaging was extremely professional. The item was carefully wrapped in bubblewrap then placed into a custom made box of Paulownia . There were several more layers to make sure no damage occured. I hope they continue to be successful and will definitely buy from them again.

I paid the invoice $65, 000. dollars, and they are shipped for a long time and they never give me the tracking number after a few days they message me said that package was delivered, I’m been shocked, How come? I was home for whole day no one came to delivery and nobody knocked my door, and they just said packages were delivered and never show me the tracking information still now! I was reported for the platform, they were investigating, that’s ridiculous, they thought I’m stupid?!
