Lovely people, exceptionally helpful and accommodating.
I am a frequent online bidder. It takes a great deal to impress me and Williamson Auction Gallery really impressed me! They were very patient with my frequent calls and questions. When it cam time to ship my very fragile item, they guided me towards the perfect packer and arranged the shipping for me. Honestly, I cannot say enough about them. I was treated as an online bidder always should be treated but most often is not. It was a wonderful experience. It was so good that this is the first review that I have ever left on LiveAuctioneers!

Seamless transaction between the auction house and the shipper!
The item received match its online description, seamless transaction even when using a shipper outside of the auction house! Our acquisition was a porcelain doll depicting Her Majesty Queen Marie Antoinette of France and Navarre! Thank you for a very smooth transaction! We look forward in working with them again! 💐

Shipping Options
I wish sellers would automatically provide recommended shippers instead of stating the seller can handled the shipment. In my experience sellers are not experienced to pack heavy bronze sculptures, as in this case. It would make my life easier, and be a smoother process for the seller. I continue to ask sellers for recommended packers/shippers rather than use in-house packer/shippers.

Thankyou for the kind review I just would like to state that we absolutely are equipped to handle the packing and shipping of all items in our auction. In our most recent auction all but you and one other client declined to use our inhouse packing service and we had zero issues. Aside from our auction business we happen to be one of the largest bronze wholesalers in the nation and have been packing and shipping bronzes for over 30 years. I actually recommend to all our clients to use our in house packing services as we have professionals that work for us that specifically specialize in packing bronzes.
