Item arrived Damage
I love my item when it arrived. I was extremely excited. The item was not packed properly and it was damaged. I emailed Bidonit. org with pictures, etc. Received no response. Never will work with them again

I received your email on Thanksgiving eve, 11/22/23@ 2:16pm and responded on 11/22/23@ 5:46pm saying I'd reach out to USPS and get back with you. I also responded to your original email this evening. Maybe check your spam folder?
