Trustfull and fast
Somehow the communication was "minimal", like one email for the payment and one email for the shipping. No confirmation emails. Packaging was very good and all in all fast delivery. At the end I am very happy with result, although I have to admit I had my doubts at first.

This company is out to give you a pleasant experience.
Even though, the art was not available the substitute was even better. It was the same just in a different color. They were very concern in my experience. I am very happy with everything.

The artwork arrived broken.
"The artwork arrived broken. They just told me to buy super glue to stick the broken bronze together, but it actually requires welding, which I had to pay for."

Hello!!! you know it is not true, the packaging was very professional, they broke it when they took it out, impossible for anything to happen to it, and we offered to pay for the restoration, please be honest, I have written to you on several occasions and you have not answered me. Best regards

I will try and use this company anyday
I bought two items when I realized one was not what I thought it was which was COMPLETELY MY FAULT. I contacted them and they could not have been more helpful and gracious about it. They are the real deal and the best experience I have had with anyone on here.
