Great work!

My collectible item was not packed properly by the people completing the auction and was damaged upon arrival. They tried to make it right but fell far short of the mark. I have a broken collectible and no resolution. I was told to ship it back and if they can't fix it they would refund the payment but haven't confirmed it all the commission fees, credit card fees, and shipping fees are included in that refund. I won't be dealing with this vendor any longer and given the bad experience probably won't deal with live auctions any longer either.

Auctioneer was not knowledgeable about what he was auctioning..

The auction house has not contacted me with shipping costs and payment details for the lot I've won. I have received only a "preliminary invoice" and no further contact. My emails to them have gone unanswered.

Best site for auctions, But very slow to organize the payments, After one month from the auction I still waiting to pay for mine item won. Thanks

Never heard from the auction house about my two winning bids. I am considering it a lost cause. Bad representation for an auction house.

I am still waiting to be billed with shipping over a month after the auction.

The process after the auction is over is too long.
