Buyer's Premium: 18% on purchases No Sales Tax. Payment is expected 3 days after auction. Payments must be submitted to liveauctioneers. No payments will be accepted at location. Auction Ends June 12th @ 7pm Eastern Time. Pick up is Monday June 19th from 4-6pm ONLY. There is no other date or time for pick up. If you miss that day, you will not get your item, or a refund. This is at a residence , so date and time is not flexible at all. All items are sold as is. Shipping is only available for lots #8 & #30 . If you need them items shipped, they will be taken to the UPS store, after you pay the original invoice. They will then call you with a shipping and handling price. There is an 18% buyers premium. No sales tax. Pick up address will be sent to you in your invoice. If you purchase any large items, please bring help to move and load. There will be no help for loading onsite.
