In the instance there is a tie bid between the floor and/or the internet bidders and/or absentee bidders, the floor bidders take precedence. AS AN ONLINE BIDDER YOU ASSUME ANY RISK ASSOCIATED WITH "WINNING" AN ITEM AND NOT ACTUALLY HAVING THE ITEM SELL TO YOU. Once the credit card information has been provided, Rentzel's Auction reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. If shipping is required, any material, insurance, and postage and handling fees, will be applied to the same credit card at a later date as a second charge. *PAYMENT EXCEPTION: CERTIFIED CHECKS ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT FOR COINS, JEWELRY, AND WATCHES IF WINNING TOTAL AMOUNTS TO $1,000.00 (ONE-THOUSAND DOLLARS) OR MORE, INCLUDING BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAXES. A CREDIT CARD WILL STILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY AND ALL SHIPPING COSTS, IF APPLICABLE. *As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Rentzel's Auction. Items shipped out of the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. *The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot, plus an additional 3% (three-percent) credit card usage fee. The aforementioned fees are only a part of the total purchase cost. Due to varying sizes, contents, weights, and conditions of items, Rentzel's Auction will use its sole discretion in determining which shipping provider to use. NO PRIVATE OR THIRD PARTY SHIPPERS WILL BE USED. THIS INCLUDES FEDEX. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO LARGE CRATING OR LARGE PACKAGING WILL BE DONE BY RENTZEL'S AUCTION. Successful high bidders are responsible for all shipping costs including but not limited to insurance, handling, material, and other charges that may apply including, a per lot handling fee. *Each lot successfully won WILL incur a per lot handling fee that will be determined by Rentzel's Auction Service, up to a maximum of $5.00 per lot. If two lots are successfully won there will be two lot handling fees. Per lot handling fees are in addition to any and all other costs. *Items that are shipped may arrive in multiple packages and/or multiple lots may be in the same package. USE CAUTION WHEN OPENING ANY AND ALL PACKAGES. If the total value of a package is $500 (five-hundred dollars) or greater a signature confirmaion is required. All packages require insurance. *Rentzel's Auction Service is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment, regardless of the carrier used. Any package that arrives in less than satisfactory condition should be immediately reported to the carrier service used. *Items can be picked up directly at the York County Fairgrounds located at 334 Carlisle Avenue, York, PA 17404. ITEMS CANNOT BE PICKED UP AUCTION DAY. All pickup times must be scheduled in advance. Please call (717) 577-1886 to set up a scheduled date and time.
