All sales are final. We will describe and photograph all items to the best of our ability. Please ask questions and viewing is available for all auctions. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fast paced auction, place your bids ahead of time. All tie bids will go to the floor bidders. Items purchased on LiveAuctioneers.com cannot be picked up during the auction. Payments are to be made within 5 days of being notified by Live Auctioneers of the winning bid. 7% Illinois sales tax will be charged if you are a resident of Illinois or if you pick your items up from our auction location. Illinois residents picking up merchandise must have a copy of their resale tax certificate or will be charged 7% Illinois sales tax. Payment may be made by PayPal or you may call with your credit card information. 20% Buyers Premium will be charged on all lots purchased. We will ship smaller, non-fragile items in house and the shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Buyer is responsible to make shipping arrangements for larger, fragile items. We prefer Navis Joliet, 815-630-5673. You may also contact our local UPS store for pick up and shipping. We have made every attempt to research the age and condition of the items offered, and to the best of our ability they are as stated. All items are sold on a "where is - as is" basis. There are no charge backs for items bought online. We will work with any of your needs as far as picking up merchandise.
