A). All items are sold AS IS and all sales are final. While we will, to the best of our ability, describe the items for sale, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, that the item offered for sale is what it is described to be by the Auctioneer or the catalog. One of a Kind Finds will email an invoice to all winning bidders within 2 business days of the end of said auction. If payment is not made within the 5 day time frame, One of a Kind Finds as the right to cancel the sale and put the item(s) in the lot back up to be resold. PLEASE READ: Due to recent credit card fraud charges, we ONLY ACCEPT payments through Visa/Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. D). CONDITION, MEASUREMENTS AND ESTIMATES are given as a courtesy to a client, and is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. RETURNS Lots containing "as-is" in the description or multiple items such as,bulk lot, or grab bags are being sold in their current state without any guarantee and cannot be returned or refunded. If our description of an item is materially mis-described, we will accept the return of the item. However, all returns must be authorized prior to return and must be in purchased condition. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the item being delivered to the buyer and must be received within 10 business days of return approval. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the return and provide a valid tracking number. Original shipping cost is non-refundable as well.
