1. All sales are final. Ask for international and combined shipping rates. After the receipt of your payment, the items will be shipped to the destination within 7-10 business days. Buyers pay the shipping cost as well as any taxes, duties or fees if applicable for international shipment. Keshmiri Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to such items. KESHMIRI AUCTIONS WILL NOT CANCEL SALE DUE TO SHIPPING. 2. A condition report should be taken as an opinion. Lack of condition does not mean it is in perfect condition. By placing a bid, you signify that you have examined the items or that you have chosen not to examine them. 3. All bidders and buyers must present valid documentation on registration. You will be asked to provide identification, your contact information, address, a valid credit card number, credit references and or an initial deposit. 4. The auction will treat this credit card as the method of payment for all outstanding invoices. We will charge this credit card for the bid at the conclusion of the auction. 5. If your purchase is not picked up on time, at your own risk and expense, it will be transported to one of our storage facilities and you will be liable to pay for all the transfer and storage expenses or Keshmiri Auctions may place the item in a subsequent auction, without reserves, to be paid by the higher bidder, and after deducting the standard commission and any additional charges, remit the proceeds to the purchaser. 6. This auction contains items with “reserve” or “no reserve” pricing. An item with “reserve” means that there is a minimum price that the bidding must reach to sell. An item with “no reserve” means there is no minimum price set, so the item is guaranteed to sell regardless of what the winning bid price is. A bid entered by mistake is NOT grounds for a cancellation of the bid. 7. The highest bidder as determined shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or reoffer the lot for sale. The auctioneer shall have sole discretion to refuse any bid, or refuse to acknowledge any bidder. Keshmiri Auctions will not be held responsible for errors or failure to execute any bid(s). 8. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations or refuses to pay in full the purchase price of all items for which it was the highest successful bidder, Keshmiri Auctions may exercise all of its rights within the law (i) cancelling the sale and applying any payments made by the purchaser to the damages caused by the purchaser's breach, and/or (ii) offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the purchaser has breached any of its obligations, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price, holding the purchaser liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. 9. Please be informed while Keshmiri Auctions strives and makes every effort to accurately describe auction items, all items are sold as-is. Keshmiri Auctions makes no warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the item and shall not have any responsibility for any errors or omissions. 10. When you win an item, a premium equal to 23% of the final bid price will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid to Keshmiri Auctions, then we will send you an invoice. After the invoice is sent your credit card will be charged for the amount outstanding on your invoice. 11. Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
