Disputes are filed through LiveAuctioneers for non-payment. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers invoice. PICK UP is to be made within one week, by appointment. Items left after one week will be charged a storage fee. Everyone must wear a mask on the property, and practice social distancing. You must BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS we do not have staff to help carry and load. We do not supply packing materials or boxes ? please bring what you need to pack. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. SHIPPING - There is a $10 handling fee for each box packed and shipped plus actual USPS postage. We do not ship items too large or too heavy to fit into boxes appropriate to ship via the USPS. Items we will not ship in this auction are furniture and sets of china/glassware. You can text or email us (info@goldfinchauctions.com) and we can let you know prior to the sale if we can ship the lot for you. Charges for shipping will be added to your original invoice through LiveAuctioneers. Those charges will be added after packing and you will pay them after your item is packed. Because of the large number of items we ship around the world packing can take a week or more to complete. We may choose to send your items through UPS if we consider it a safer route than the post office. SHIPPERS FOR LARGE OR FRAGILE ITEMS. You must arrange for your own shipper. You may send a shipper of your choice. You may contact our local UPS store (908-806-4842) to pick-up from us and pack your items. For furniture you may call DAKS Global Logistics (484-392-7735) for furniture and larger items. You can go online and secure a shipper through www.UShip.com. We also have delivered larger items; generally within 125 miles of Flemington, NJ. You may call us to arrange (908-797-0066).
