Sale conditions of the auction: This constitutes the entire agreement between flintartauction and the shipper and the buyer regarding the property sold in the auction. The following sales conditions are the complete and only terms for the sale of all properties. By registering in person or online, you hereby confirm and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All properties offered and sold through us shall be sold and sold in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in these Conditions of Sale. By participating in any sale, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions. 1. Unless you provide valid credit card details, you will not be approved for online bidding through online service providers. We will use this credit card as the payment method for all outstanding invoices. At the end of the auction, we will win any bidding fees with a credit card. If the credit card purchase is rejected at that time, we reserve the right to start the collection process (including legal proceedings). The buyer will bear all costs associated with these litigations. You should pay all costs before releasing the property. 2. All properties are sold "as is". Neither we nor the shipper have made any express or implied guarantees, guarantees or representations regarding the correctness of the property or the catalogue or the identity of the author, the authenticity of the source and other descriptions. All bidders acknowledge that they have the right to conduct or require a comprehensive inspection of any and all properties before the sale, and agree to bear all costs for such inspections. 3. All the author, period, source, place of origin, measured value or condition contained in the catalog or any sales list, invoice or elsewhere are declarations of conformity. The contents of the catalog, including text, pictures, digital images and designs, are protected by copyright and belong only to flintartauction. Any type of content may not be copied without prior written permission. 4. Flintartauction reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before the hammer falls. 5. Unless the company announces otherwise at the time of sale, all bids will be made according to the number in the printed catalog. The company reserves the right to determine the order of order, priority or any matter constituted by appropriately increased bids or batch numbers. 6. The highest bidder recognized by the auctioneer is the buyer. If there is any dispute between bidders, the company shall have the sole final decision right, which can determine the winning bidder, and can also provide and resell the disputed items. If there is any dispute after the sale, the company's sales records are final in all aspects. All sales are final sales and returns are not allowed. 7. If the company determines that any bid is not commensurate with the value of the item provided, the auctioneer can reject the bid and withdraw it from the sale. 8. After the hammer is dropped, the auctioneer?s absolute discretion will immediately recognize the ownership of the offered lot or item to the highest bidder. Such bidders assume full risk and responsibility for the property sold, agree to sign any required purchase confirmations, and agree to pay all purchase prices the company may require. The buyer shall purchase and remove all property at his own expense within ten (10) days after the sale. If the immovable property is removed, it can be sold by the company or sent by the company to a public warehouse, and the buyer shall bear it. The buyer bears all risks and costs, and the company can pursue the buyer through civil suits, and/or prohibit the buyer directly or indirectly from participating in any future sales or sales as a bidder or buyer. After ten (10) days, the company will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft or other liability for any items lost in the company's property. 9. If the bidder needs to be returned, the bidder must provide the company with a written notice within 5 days after receiving the item. Unless payment is exempted by law, the purchaser will be required to pay any and all applicable state and/or local sales taxes, duties or value-added taxes.
