The successful bidder is obligated to take and pay for the lot. Payment amount consists of the cost of item and the commission charges 24% +VAT for EU. Payment can be made during the auction, after the auction, and during the next 7 days. If the buyer fails to fulfill his payment within 60 days after the auction the auctioneer has the right to cancel the transaction and require the buyer to recover the amount of both buyer's and seller's commissions charges. After the buyer fulfills the payment he can pick up his purchase at the auctioneer's office or order the shipping of one of the shipping agencies. The cost of shipping and insurance is paid by the buyer.
