No reserve will exceed the low estimate of the lot. * We will charge the winning bidder's credit card on file at the end of the auction. If no credit card is on file, full payment is required within 48 hours. Failure of the winning bidder to pay within the specified time frame, will result in a forfeit of their bid. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has the final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the lot in dispute.
