REMOVAL OF PROPERTY. All items must have shipping arrangements made within 14 days of sale date. Any item not picked up within 30 days shall be forfeited by the buyer without refund and will be sent back to auction for a future sale. Associate Auctions can deliver items to shipping stores (UPS, USPS, FedEx) or will hold until shipper arrives if within the 30 day time period. Items can also be picked up in person at our location, 712 SE Dixie Hwy Stuart, FL 34994. PACKING AND SHIPPING. Associate Auctions provides limited in-house shipping to the Continental U.S. We do not provide international shipping and the Buyer must contact a 3rd party shipper for any item requiring international shipping. We do not provide in-house shipping on any furniture. Items will be noted if they qualify for in-house shipping. Associate Auctions charges a $10 handling fee on any item that ships in-house. Once the item leaves Associate Auctions Holding facility it then becomes the sole responsibility buyer and third-party shipper. Associate Auctions will not be liable for any damages that occur during shipping. WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION and LIABILITY. Neither Associate Auctions nor any consignor makes any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of an item, or as to the correctness of the description of any item, genuineness of an item, attribution to a particular artist or author, provenance, or period of the item, or as to whether the Bidder acquires any copyrights or other intellectual property rights in items purchased, or as to whether a work of art is subject to the artists moral rights, royalties, or other residual rights or the artist. DESCRIPTIONS. All items are sold as is where is with any descriptions not to be used in lieu of personal inspection. No employee or consignor are authorized warranty any item on behalf of Associate Auctions. Buyer Obligation. Upon the final call and fall of the hammer, the auctioned property title immediately transfers to the winning bidder who assumes full responsibility and liability of the auctioned item. Buyer is responsible for packing and shipping of item unless otherwise stated on the individual item. Associate Auctions is not responsible for and loss or damage that may occur in shipping. Online Bids. Associate Auctions utilizes the services of LiveAuctioneers online system for all clients who wish to use the internet. Associate Auctions and its consignors will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages resulting in the use of Live Auctioneers. Associate Auctions and its consignors will be held harmless in the event of loss or damages or expenses incurred from claims. Framed Artwork and Pictures. All Art and framed pictures are being sold for the item inside the frame and not for the frame itself. The frame is included and is considered free with the item being purchased and not a part of the framed item purchased. We do not guarantee the condition of any frame sold through Associate Auctions.

Selling on an "As is Where is" Basis. There are no returns and no refunds. Buyer is buying with full knowledge of the auction process and the items they are purchasing.
