BIDDING AND APPROVAL OF BIDDERS: This auction is a timed auction which is entirely administered by Liveauctioneers. Payton Oriental Rugs is not responsible for any issues associated with the bidding process. Approval of bidders is at the sole discretion of Payton Oriental Rugs. PAYMENT: All payments are processed through LivePayments. No exceptions. All sales are final. We will send an invoice for the won lots including buyers premium. Winning bidders are expected to pay within 3 business days of receiving this invoice. For inhouse shipping, we will calculate shipping cost and send another invoice for shipping. It may take up to two weeks to ship items. Once shipped tracking information will be sent to the buyer. All purchases are subject to applicable state sales taxes unless the buyer has a valid Tax Exempt certificate on file with Liveauctioneers which can be downloaded through your account settings. Buyers premium for this auction is 25% of the hammer price. No other fees will be charged except for inhouse shipping. DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION: We have provided many pictures. These are part of the description. We try to describe the items to the best of our knowledge, but we make no warranty or guarantee of any kind. Any description or statement of condition is provided as a courtesy. Condition is numerically rated from 1-6. 1. Unused with no wear or flaw. As made condition. 2. Very good overall condition with only minor wear. 3. Some signs of use but overall good condition respecting age. 4. Signs of use and wear but in useable condition. Might be some defects like holes or creases. 5. Obvious signs of wear and use but structurally sound. 6. Serious structural damage. SHIPPING: We can ship most items to US addresses using UPS. If you wish to have us ship your items inform us by email with the shipping address. Please inform us if it is a residential or commercial address. We will not ship to PO Boxes. All deliveries will require an adult signature. We only use UPS. You are free to make your own shipping arrangements. We will provide the contact info for local packers/shippers. If you choose another shipping option we will require you to authorize the release to your shipper of choice in writing. For inhouse shipping we will not charge any handling charges. We will bill actual cost. Items specifically designated as FREIGHT need to be sent as freight. We will provide the contact information for FREIGHT SERVICES. All items shipped inhouse will be insured for full cost including buyers premium. PICKUP: Local buyers may pick up their items in person. If you wish to pick up your items inform us by email. Your invoice must be paid in full before arranging pickup.
