If a winning bidder does not honor his or her bid with payment in full within 7 days of receipt of your invoice, then it is agreed that Psychedelic Art Exchange LLC, may at its sole discretion sell the given item(s) to an under bidder or re-offer the lot(s) in a future sale, and that the original bidder is responsible for any losses incurred and that the non paying winning bidder explicitly agrees to pay any and all reasonable legal fees incurred by Psychedelic Art Exchange LLC, in the collection of these losses. MARYLAND STATE SALES TAX: Maryland State sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped within the state of Maryland.
