Terms and conditions of sale: 1. By placing bid buyers acknowledge that they have read, understand and agree to all the of the auction terms and conditions. You agree to pay any applicable taxes , shipping and packaging.**Your bid is a contract: By placing a bid with buyers understand that they are making a legally binding offer to purchase. If the bid is accepted by the seller, a legally binding contract is created at the instant of acceptance. In the event of non-payment by the bidder, according to the terms stated in this auction listing, seller is entitled to seek compensation from buyer for all costs of re-selling this lot, any difference in price between the two sales and all legal fees incurred by the seller in securing such payments from buyer. 2. What we sell: We sell originals, one of a kind items, art, prints, handmade items, hand painted artworks, memorabilia, antiques, artifacts etc. We have obtained them trough various means, trades, sales, closeouts, antique shops, individuals etc. We attend auctions and work with owners and dealers. Because we buy directly from the source our prices may vary. Selected artifacts come with our in-house lifetime guarantee (COA) Certificate of Authenticity based on the terms described below. 3. Bidding: The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt of the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article or lot . 4. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer. All sales are final we do not accept returns for any reason. Please bid responsibly and ask all questions prior to placing the bid. 5. We reserve the right to withdraw any lot at any time before, during, or after the auction without liability. 6. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at any time and as his sole discretion. 7. Originality: The artifacts we obtain may vary in size, quantity and/or amount of details and/or additional information they are followed with. Items may arrive with or without prior history, fancy gallery paperwork , seals, stamps etc. depending where and how they were obtained. We are very ardent in doing a research on each piece to make sure item is original, to avoid purchasing low quality art or one that is disgenuine. Items we offer to buyers are guaranteed to be original and by that it is meant one of a kind hand made items. Unless item has been authenticated by an artist him self, artist foundation, authorized institution or a witness, originality does not automatically imply authenticity. It is unfortunate some sellers are accused of selling less than genuine items for artifacts lacking history or more proofs, however we guarantee our items are original as described above that are " in the manner of-(artist name)" or "(artist name)-after". We trade with interior designers, galleries, and businesses and we always have a great feedback on how our items are at a fraction of the cost of the museum artifacts and are praised how our policies are clear and transparent. 8. Warranty (legal purpose): We and consignor disclaim any warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to the warranty merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. No warranties are made for weather or not merchandise complies with any applicable governmental rules, regulations or ordinances of any kind of nature whatsoever. All items are available for inquiries prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are merely our opinions and/or suggestions , and are not be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to age, condition, materials or any other feature including authenticity of items being sold. We attempt to catalog every lot correctly and will attempt to point out any defects but will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. By placing a bid, either in person, by phone, absentee or via the Internet, you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. Seller does not offer authentication services and makes no claims of authenticity for any items. Bidders please exercise judgement and bid accordingly. Unless otherwise stated all items are sold "as is","where is" and the term "(name of artist)-after" and its implied meaning applies to all items. Any documents, weather accompanying other items or offered by themselves such as autographs, paperwork, photos, signatures, seals, certificates, marks, embellishments, signatures of authority by authorized personnel or government and their institutions, society, company or additional paraphernalia such as labels, posters, stamps, memorabilia etc.etc., are offered and sold for decorative purpose. Neither we nor the consignor make any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to property or its value, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of property or estimate of value. All measurements are approximate. 9. PAYMENT: We accept major credit card payments, Google pay, Paypal and wire transfer and reserve the right to chose which form of payment to accept for certain items . If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid, by the purchaser for such property. 10. A range of estimates is given on each lot with a low and a high estimate. Estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling or resale price . 11. In the unlikely event we lose our Internet connection, we reserve the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel the remainder of the auction. 12. Auctioneer has final discretion on sale of an item. His word is final. 13.It is buyers responsibility to pay and arrange shipping with us within 5 days of the sale date. After 5 days a storage fee will be charged at a 10.00$ per day for 30 days. 14.We reserve the right to initiate the bidding by placing bids on items as well as place bids until the reserve is met 15.All items are subject to availability as they may be listed on multiple sites.
