NHSELLBUYBID Terms and Conditions. NO BUYERS PREMIUM!!! All properties offered and sold through NHSELLBUYBID shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions set forth below. By bidding at the auction, whether by absentee, internet or other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PROPERTIES SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS. 2. There will be NO buyers premium added to your invoice. 3. We recommend internet bidders register at least 48 hours prior to the auction to give enough time to process and approve their registration. a) Individual clients must provide photo identification (such as a drivers license, National ID card or passport) and if not shown on the ID document, proof of current address. 4) Though all description and commentary are believed to be correct, neither the auctioneer or the consignor makes any guarantee of the authenticity of the merchandise. Any descriptions, condition reports and any other statements are our opinions and are not to be relied upon as facts. No employees are authorised to make any warranties of any kind on behalf of NHSELLBUYBID. Potential buyers must rely only on their own inspection of the merchandise. NHSELLBUYBID offers previews and high resolution photos for potential buyers to review and make their own conclusions on the piece. a)No guarantee of authenticity for stamps, coins, paper currency, art work, gold, silver and gemstones. 5. NHSELLBUYBID reserves the right to require up to a 20% deposit on items valued in excess of $10,000. 6. We accept payment of credit cards (MC, VISA, AE and Discover) via Square payment. We do NOT accept mailed checks. All payments must be made in US dollars. Buyers can collect their lots and pay in cash. If payment is not received by NHSELLBUYBID within 6 days of the auction we reserve the right to cancel the sale and reoffer items and will hold the bidder responsible for any loss or other fees or damages incurred. 7. All properties purchased from NHSELLBUYBID must be collected or shipping arrangements made within 2 days of the auction. NHSELLBUYBID is not responsible for paid items let for over 2 days after the auction date (unless a prior agreement has been made) Items left past 30 days will incur a storage fee of $10 per item per day. Once storage fees have exceeded the actual purchase price of the item (s) NHSELLBUYBID can exercise the right to re-auction the items. 8. All items are sold to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is the arbiter of any disputed bid. He may reopen bidding at his description and reject bids deemed inappropriate. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item prior to the sale. 9. Some properties sold at the auction may include materials from protected or endangered species subject to laws governing imports and exports to or from the United States or other countries. Obtaining of licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Denial or delay of receiving an item will not constitute grounds for cancellation or delay in payment for the total purchase price of lots. Buyers are responsible to ensure payment is processed and completed. For large heavy items and Vehicles it is up to the winning bidder to make arrangements for shipping/ pickup at their own cost. If you spend over $500 it is our policy to ask for proof of identify and clearance from your credit card company or bank before taking payment
