Some gems, rhinestones, and/or attachments can/may become loose and/or dislodged during transit. 5 Knights Liquidations does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Electronics have only been plugged in and turned on, but not tested. Dimensions given may be approximate. Jewelry/Metals/Stones/Gems have not been tested for authenticity unless specifically stated and the Presidium Gem Tester is referenced, even then we do not confirm full authenticity. It is used solely as a guide only. Earrings may or may not come with their backs. All watches have not been checked for working condition unless specifically stated otherwise. They may or may not need a battery. Rhinestones and stones may come loose during the transition. Questions: ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding. If an item has been shipped to you and you have any questions or concerns, you MUST report this within two (2) days.

Please note that 5 Knights Liquidations is an estate buyout and/or liquidation business. Therefore, all items are sold as is where is and buyer/bidder should expect defects and/or wear and tear on items as they are all PREOWNED.

If you have not contacted 5 Knights Liquidations to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
