Important Information for Bidders Condition: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Detailed condition information is available by request, no later than 24 hours prior to the auction. All lots are offered and sold "as is". Condition requests can be made via email. Unless otherwise indicated, the wear for each auction item is consistent with age. Any condition statement given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Connecticut Art & Estate Auctions (CAEA) shall have no responsibility for any error or omission and does not guarantee the authenticity of any item, signature or suggested attribution to an artist. CAEA does not provide refunds based on condition or for any other reason. Lamps have not been tested and art has not been examined out of the frame unless otherwise stated. Shipping and Pick-Up: CAEA does not provide any shipping or packing services. As below, we can provide recommended shippers, who can provide quotes prior to or after bidding. ALL items won should be picked-up within 10 days of the date of the auction. In order to get a shipping quote, please send an e-mail to this UPS store in Danbury, Connecticut. Quotes will be based upon UPS Ground. Note that pick-ups at our location are by "appointment-only". Once your payment has been cleared, merchandise may be collected in-person following the completion of the auction. Please note that the hours for pick-up are every day from 1PM until 6PM .

If you have not contacted Connecticut Art & Estate Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
