We make every effort to review each item carefully and provide detailed descriptions and condition statements. Please note, however, that these statements are the educated opinion of the reviewer only and are in no way to be interpreted as a guarantee as to authenticity, age, condition and/or materials and Sterling Auctions shall bear no responsibility for any errors or omissions. Sterling Auctions makes no warranty of title, merchantability, or any other warranty or representation regarding the property. PAYMENT: Full payment is due within three (3) days upon receipt of your invoice. Sterling Auctions runs payments through Live Auctioneers. Through their Autopay system, if you have not contacted Live Auctioneers to arrange payment within 72-hours from the time the invoice is sent, the credit card you used to register for the auction will be charged for the full amount of your invoice. Please note that Resale Certificates must be on file with Live Auctioneers and that the certificate?s stated address must match the shipping address on file with Live Auctioneers to be honored. No exceptions will be granted to this provision. SHIPPING: IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING SHIPPING: Winning bidders are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. We ship exclusively through Navis Pack & Ship, 7082 S. 220th St, Kent WA 98032 for all items. Shipping estimates may be obtained by noting the dimensions and weight in the description, as well as the lot number of the item and contacting Navis directly via email at wa1100@gonavis.com or via phone at 253-872-4443. Items will be delivered to Navis for shipping after payment of invoice and all communications regarding shipping should be directed to Navis at the contact info above. Purchase is not contingent upon shipping costs. Bidder to verify shipping to their satisfaction before placing bids. Sterling Auctions is not responsible for damages or loss of items after transfer to our authorized shipper. All shipping claims, damages or loss are to be managed and resolved directly through the shipping company. REGISTRATION AND BIDDING: Bidders are required to register prior to the auction. Sterling Auctions reserves the right to decline any bidder registration and to reject any bid from a bidder for any reason. Sterling Auctions reserves the right to withdraw lots prior to the commencement of each auction. If the bidder wishes to withdraw a bid, they must do so no later than the day before the live auction by going to their auction account or contacting Live Auctioneers. Sterling Auctions cannot access or cancel bids. Contacting Sterling Auctions is not equivalent to a bid cancellation and unless the bid is cancelled on the bidding platform by the bidder, the bidder is responsible for the bid. Estimates published, showing a high and low end for each item, are the opinion of Sterling Auctions and Sterling Auctions makes no warranties as to final values for items sold. All items may be offered subject to a reserve, which is the minimum price below which the lot will not be sold. REMOVAL OF SHIPPED ITEMS: Full payment is required before item(s) are removed from our warehouse. Unpaid items remaining beyond (21) days of receipt of invoice are considered abandoned. Sterling Auctions reserves the right to reclaim and resell abandoned items. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & JURISDICTION: In no event will our liability to a purchaser with respect to an item of property exceed the purchase price actually paid by such purchaser for such item. Conditions of sale, including purchasers and Sterling Auctions rights and obligations shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. COPYRIGHT: The copyright of all images, illustrations, and written material produced by or for Sterling Auctions shall remain at all times the property of Sterling Auctions and shall not be used by the buyer nor by anyone else, without our prior written consent.
