Do not bid or participate in Auctions unless you agree to these terms Buyer's Premium: 25% BUYERS PREMIUM ADDED ON ALL LOTS PURCHASED. Condition of items sold: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs. No claims will be allowed after the goods are removed from the premises. All lots - are to be sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES FINAL. Currency CAD Payment Terms Taxes: Ontario HST tax rate of 13% will be applied to all PICKUP and Ontario invoices! Sales between Canadian provinces - we charge the sales tax of the province where the product ends up. Buyer will be EXEMPT FROM TAXES if merchandise is shipped directly out of Canada using a common carrier. Buyer Premium: A buyer's fee is 25% added to each sales invoice! The invoice will be sent 24 hours after the auction is closed. If you don't see the invoice in your inbox, you should check the spam box in your mailbox. Payment is due within seven (7) business days and may be made via PayPal, bank wire transfer or properly authorized Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. If we do not receive a payment within seven (7) business days, the invoice will be voided and the bidder's account will be disqualified from future auctions. All sales are final.
