It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for any changes. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 16th district. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of 16th district Entire Agreement This Agreement, including all referenced documents, constitutes the entire agreement between LiveAuctioneers and you concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
