By bidding at auction you agree to be bound by the following Sales Conditions: High and Low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and Colorado Online Auctions makes no warranties of any kind relating to their accuracy or potential, they are merely estimates of the range the item might sell within. Colorado Online Auctions believes, to the best of its knowledge, that the information provided within any listing has come from reliable sources. Such information is provided for the convenience of the Purchaser. Colorado Online Auctions makes no warranties of any kind related to the information presented in any listing. Furthermore, Colorado Online Auctions makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, relating to the value, marketability or condition of the lot described in any listing; however, Colorado Online Auctions makes every effort to provide the potential purchaser with as much information about the item as possible. Prospective bidders should investigate a lot thoroughly before bidding. By bidding, the Bidder acknowledges that he/she has investigated the lot to his/her satisfaction; or, that the Bidder has chosen not to do so, and agrees to accept the lot being bid on without objections after the sale closes. Photos and other graphic material contained within any listing will be that of the item being auctioned, period. All property is sold "as is" - "where is". Colorado Online Auctions has the right to refuse any bid; and advance the bidding, remove items, combine items, at our discretion to continue the bidding, cancel a sale, or settle a dispute; whether before, during, or after an auction. Colorado Online Auctions will use reasonable efforts to carry out online bids, and do not accept liability for equipment failure, inability to access the internet, or software malfunctions related to the execution of online bids. Payments options are determined per auction, but all auctions have immediate payment available via PayPal. Payments are expected within 24 hours of the auction conclusion. A 25% "Restocking Fee" applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by Colorado Online Auctions. The same "Restocking Fee" (25%) also applies to firearm sales in the event the bidder/purchaser is not cleared to purchase a firearm via Federal and State (of Colorado) law. All potential bidders/purchasers must recognize that you are entering into a legal contract by entering a bid, and you are responsible for payment of the item if you are the winning bidder. Failure to abide by such conditions will result in your bidding privileges being suspended or revoked from Live Auctioneers, in addition to possible legal action being filed by Colorado Online Auctions. The short version, don't bid unless you plan on paying for an item. Sales Tax of 7.65% is collected from all purchasers via Colorado Online Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. All lots are sold as is, where is, with any/all faults, imperfections, omissions and errors in the written description, estimates, appraisals, graphics and photography. Colorado Online Auctions is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description, graphics or photography provided or in the bidding software. If for any reason an item cannot be delivered in the same condition as at the time of sale, or should any purchased lot be stolen, delivered wrongly or lost prior to delivery, Colorado Online Auctions shall not be liable for any amount in excess of that paid by the purchaser; and only after all other options have been explored (insurance coverage,shipper mistakes, etc). Shipping will be described in the item description, where necessary. However, shipping from Colorado Online Auctions may come in the form of the USPS, UPS, or other shipping source. Some items are shipped from our consignors (i.e. FFL's - firearms dealers, Antique stores, etc.).

All purchasers pay 7.65% sales tax.

Federal State law requires firearms purchasers (winning bidders) to submit to a background check prior to receiving a firearm. AS OF JULY 1ST 2013, COLORADO LAW (House Bill 13-1229) REQUIRES CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ALL FIREARMS TRANSFERS (the exception only applying to family transfers). SO THIS MEANS THAT EVERY FIREARM SALE OR TRANSFER IS NOW SUBJECT TO BACKGROUND CHECKS IN COLORADO; WHICH INCLUDES ALL RETAIL LOCATIONS (as has been) AND ALL GUNSHOWS AND PRIVATE SALES; INCLUDING ALL AUCTIONS, WHETHER ONLINE OR ONSITE. FAILURE TO DO SO VIOLATES FEDERAL STATE LAW Colorado Law requires a FFL to pay 10 for the background check, and allows the FFL to charge an additional 10 (maximum) to defray costs. So, it is possible that you will be charged 20 total to process the background check. If you do not reside in Colorado, you still must have a background check performed at an FFL within your area, and if you purchase a firearm through Colorado Online Auctions, the firearm canwill be shipped to your local FFL for pick-up. Due to the complications with these processes, Colorado Online Auctions andor a consigning FFL will contact you directly to ease the process. Payment of the firearm is required if you are the winning bidder. If you are unable to receive the item at the time of your background check, arrangements will be made to provide a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee of the item; under special circumstances, the item may be held temporarily for you. The buyerwinning bidder is responsible for shipping costs in addition to the costs of having a background check performed, andor any other fees your FFL may charge to assist in receipt of these items.
