A Rare Antique Chinese Cloisonne Moon Flask, Qing Dynasty, 18th/19th Century
A rare and unusually large Chinese cloisonne moon flask. Both sides elaborately enameled with multi-colored chrysanthemums across the width and neck. Two well articulated guardian dragons rest upon the neck and lean on the upper bulbous highlight of the flask's neck.
18th/19th Century, Qing Dynasty, no mark visible.
Now mounted and electrified as a table lamp on a wooden base. The drill hole for the electrical wire made to the back of the flask's base.
Height of flask - 20.5"
Height to top of lamp cover - 23.5"
Age appropriate wear. Noting no dents, 2-3 small enamel chips.
