Description
Antique 19th Century photo cabinet card. Depicts subjects George Franklin Russell ("Kentucky Frank") (1853-1936) and Eliza Jennie Russell (also Lida J. Russell, and Lisa Jane Sumption Russell) ("Little Fawn") (1849-1924), late 19th Century American Wild West stage show performers and master leather workers, latterly based in Cincinnati, OH. Subjects dressed in authentic period Old West finery, with guns and bullet holsters. Legend "Dillon Corner of 8th & Race Streets, Cincinnati" below photograph. Verso has a fully illustrated trade card for Dillon's Imperial Photo Gallery with illustrated building advertising S.W. Dillon and Garfield monument. Photo portion measures approximately 5.5 in. x 4 in.
