A 18th century Chinese export blue and white platter, Qianlong period, (1736-95) Qing dynasty, the canted rectangular shallow dish is painted in tones of underglaze blue with a river landscape and cormorant fisherman working five birds from his bamboo raft, which is partially covered by a rocky outcrop, all framed by diaper borders interspersed with floral and fruit sprays, 38 cm w x 25.5 cm d x 4.5 cm h Buyers premium 30% (inc VAT)

Good condition, not cracked or restored with lightly worn and stained areas only, some very minor glaze chips to the rim
