Here is an rather unique acrylic painting of the fabled Palace of Westminster that has a working clock on the tower. When plugged in, the backing will light up. To replace the light bulbs, one just needs to unscrew the backing. The original is signed on the bottom by the artist. The original is approx 59" x 3" x 29" and it weighs 27.50. The original is in a good, vintage condition with some wear, petite scratches. The clock's hands have some heavy wear at the ends. Some of the lights also need to be replaced.
