Title: Rolex Sea Dweller 1665 Orig. Box Papers Never Worn
Description: No watch maker marks to the inside back of the case, from the original owner, and likely never polished. Up for auction is a gorgeous vintage Rolex Sea Dweller 1665 wrist watch with its original box, papers, and tags. The watch is currently running strong and keeping time within about 15 seconds per day. This lovely piece comes with the full package: the original box, chronometer certification paper, and the original hang tags. The bracelet, headpieces, and dive clasp are all original on the watch, but the deployant buckle is aftermarket. The original acrylic crystal on this watch has been replaced with mineral glass, but that was due to the original crystal being quite damaged. We will still be including the original crystal in the box in a genuine Rolex parts wrapper. The watch is in overall very good condition, with some moderate scratches and dings on the case. The dial is exquisite on this piece, and is still very clean with no water stains, scratches, chips, or cracks! The bezel insert is in good shape, aside from some light scratching and the lume pip at the top being missing. The bezel still rotates both ways as it should.
