Three copper-red and underglaze-blue porcelain snuff bottles
1840-1920
Including two cylindrical bottles each painted with a battle scene drawn from literature; the third, a rounded square bottle molded with a 'mask and ring' mock handle on each narrow side framing inscriptions and the Han dynasty politician Dong Xian; the recessed foot bearing the Shende Tang mark.
2 1/2 to 3 3/8in (6.4 to 8.5cm) high (3).

Overall firing imperfection to copper red.
The lip of one cylindrical bottle has a small flake chip to enamel. The bottle painted with Dong Xian has small worn chips to foot rim, One faux handle has the shallow minor nick to the top of the lion mask.
