Description

Barry Gregson (American b. 1952), 1996, two signed studio Adirondack chairs for Adirondack Rustics Gallery, comprising one rocking chair and one armchair, executed in curly and bird's eye maple, apple, cherry burl, curly cherry, walnut, and, ash, both having a maple frame, the rocking chair with an amorphous three slat back and the armchair having a solid carved cherry burl back, each chair signed, dated and having an inscription underneath. Rocker approx. h. 47", w. 24", d. 30"; seat h. 17". Armchair h. 52", w. 29", d. 20"; seat 17".

Condition

Overall good. The rocking chair with an age crack approx 8" l. in the middle back slat.
