Chinese Ming Dynasty ChengHua Blue and White Lychee Porcelain Plate. The plate has a broad wide central interior, rounded mouth lip, thick and large, raised on correspondence footed ring base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against blue fine color, depicted of ripe lychee tree interspersed fresh foliage. There is not any overlap of the outlines, its well carved, clear, subtle, and distinct.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within double fine blue rectangles lines. Made in The Years ChengHua Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
