About the artist: Was born on March 17, 1952, in the city of Donetsk. Graduated from the N. Samokish Crimean Art School (1975). Teachers in the specialty: V. Sobol, M. Morgun. Painter. The artist's work reflects the best traditions of classics, realistic easel painting. Interests in color ratios, enriched with valiorama and reflexes, combine his canvases with the stylistic searches of the French impressionists. In landscapes and portraits through a striking appearance. By the way, the artist conveys the internal state of the models. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1978). People's Artist of Ukraine (2012). Worked: Head of the Sumy organization of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (1987-1989). Participated in exhibitions: regional, republican (1975).
