Ornamental piece in round bulk, entirely carved in jade, combining the colours green and white in a single piece. It is inspired by the archaic style, representing a mythological bird. The piece stands on a base, joined to the rest of the carving, from which the body of the carving emerges. The surface of the carving is decorated with incisions that define its different parts. Due to the archaic inspiration, the bird's tail culminates in characteristic scrolls that give the work an elegant appearance. The curve of these scrolls is complemented by the warped forms of the wing on the bird's back, as well as the bird's crest and chin.
