Chinese Exceptional Large Rare Jian Tea Bowl. Finely potted with a deep flaring body rising to an everted mouth rim, covered overall with a lustrous black glaze finely streaked with iridescent silver 'hare's fur' markings, the glaze ends irregularly above the foot revealing the dark brown stoneware body, and the rim bound in a metal band. {Diameter 8.5 inches (21.59 cm)}. Condition: Minimal wear and scratches, some cracks to the footring.
